Your mind is the most powerful tool you have for the creation of God in your life, but if not used correctly, can also be the most destructive force in your life.

Mind power is one of the strongest and most useful powers you possess. The thoughts that pass through your mind are responsible for everything that happens in your life. Your predominant thoughts influence your behavior and attitude and control your actions and reactions. As your thoughts are, so is your life.

Because neuroplasticity, the scientifically proven ability of your experiences, behaviors, and thoughts to alter your brain, you are sculpting the physical form and function your brain every day with your life.

The average person thinks around 70,000 thoughts a day. That’s a lot, especially if they are unproductive, self-abusive and just a general waste of energy.

Biblical opinion of the power of your thoughts; we have a strong desire to do life well, to maximize our potential, and (most importantly) to reflect the image of our Creator.

The Bible speaks often about the power of the mind and our thoughts. I think it’s easy to glaze over this and overlook the connection between thoughts and transformation. Maybe it’s to “self-helpish,” and we’ve been turned off by cheap self-help books.

Changing the way you think changes your perspective which changes how you act in the world. Paul’s words aren’t new. “Change your mind” is the central theme of Jesus’ first sermon *(Matt. 4:17)*Which shows clearly the mind is a control tower.

The unhealthy relationship between science and faith hasn’t served Christians well either. Science connected the mind with transformation years ago. But the bitter (and unnecessary) rivalry between faith and science wouldn’t give credibility to its findings.

You can let your thoughts run amok, but why would you? It is your mind, your thoughts; isn’t it time to take your power back? Isn’t it time to take control and make life wonderful and worth living?

NEGATIVE FACTS

Feeling down The extent of negative feelings can go from anger, frustration, irritability, to even anxiety and depression, passing through many other feelings, none of them pleasant.

Physical effects the body lowers its defenses, as negativity subtracts from our energy.

Because of the emotional negative state we’re in, it’s also easier to see oneself less attractive and not care for our physical needs.

Closing oneself down to possibilities and the flow of abundance When we are in a negative state we do not attract those elements that would make our lives advance; rather we attract the circumstances that support us in thinking something is wrong, and we get stuck.

It’s a waste of time! Look at all the effects of negative thinking explained above; can you tell me one single benefit of thinking negatively and being in a negative mood?

Any other than the realization that it’s much better to think positively, negative thinking doesn’t contribute to our lives; rather it detracts.

To a closure negative thoughts discourages, distract life, frustrate your success and place your life in a stagnant.

POSITIVE FACTS

Developing a positive attitude can help you in more ways than you might realize. When you think positive thoughts, you don’t allow your mind (conscious or subconscious) to entertain any negative thoughts or doubts.

After you learn how to think positive, you will notice amazing changes all around you. Your brain will actually begin to operate in a state of free-flowing feel-good hormones called endorphins, which will make you feel lighter and happier. You’ll also notice a major boost in confidence and will feel more capable of taking on new assignments and challenges that might have previously been outside your comfort zone.

By reducing your self-limiting beliefs, you will effectively release your brakes and experience growth like you never imagined. Essentially, you can change your entire life simply by harnessing the power of positive thinking.
